As a lifetime enthusiast of eating and cooking, I have dedicated myself to the relentless pursuit of flavor.  After cooking in restaurants for many years, my husband and I bought a small cafe and operated it for for five years.  My many years of professional culinary experience in conjunction with raising three children offers me a well-rounded vista of the world of food.
